To register, print this form and mail it to Caroline with a check for non-refundable deposit of $50 per class to secure your place. If you wish to cancel, please do so one month before the date of the workshop. After that time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the workshop. Unpaid balances are due on the first day of class. Outdoor classes have 12-16 persons; indoor classes have 12-20, unless specified. Spaces are reserved in the order of deposits received. If you wish, you may e-mail or phone me concerning space availability before registering.
